Help for the Fit Beer iPhone and Apple Watch app.

Apple Health Access

Fit Beer needs permission to read workouts and active energy from Apple Health. If totals look empty, open the Health app or iOS Settings and confirm Fit Beer has access to workouts and active energy.

Apple Watch Workouts

Workouts started from the Watch app can be saved to Apple Health. If a workout does not appear on iPhone right away, open Fit Beer on both devices and use the refresh button.

Drink Targets

The drink target only changes the calorie conversion estimate. Fit Beer is for calorie comparison and does not encourage alcohol consumption.

Notifications

Milestone alerts are local notifications for drink-equivalent calorie thresholds. If they do not appear, confirm notifications are enabled for Fit Beer in iOS Settings.
